Holiday Planner is an excel file allowing you to plan your team’s time off and keep track of the remaining available workforce.
- Settings tab allows you to
- declare the year for which you want to plan the team’s holidays
- declare the fixed and variable public holidays
- Scheduler tab uses formulas to
- create the calendar, leap years are covered too
- mark the weekends with blue
- mark the public holidays with green
- mark with H both weekends and public holidays
- calculate the availability of the team on each day
- calculate how many days remain to be taken by each person
