Team Holiday Planner

Holiday Planner is an excel file allowing you to plan your team’s time off and keep track of the remaining available workforce.


  • Settings tab allows you to
    • declare the year for which you want to plan the team’s holidays
    • declare the fixed and variable public holidays
  • Scheduler tab uses formulas to
    • create the calendar, leap years are covered too
    • mark the weekends with blue
    • mark the public holidays with green
    • mark with H both weekends and public holidays
    • calculate the availability of the team on each day
    • calculate how many days remain to be taken by each person
